Stainless steel pallet truck for a food warehouse, worth the extra cost?

We run a small food storage facility in Al Quoz and our old pallet truck finally gave up last month, the wheels seized and the frame started rusting near the base which was pretty concerning for a place handling food items. Now I'm looking at replacements and a supplier called Crateco keeps coming up in searches for a stainless steel hand pallet truck. My question is whether stainless is genuinely worth the price jump compared to regular painted steel. We do wash down the floors regularly and there's constant moisture so rust has been a real headache. Part of me thinks just buy the cheaper one and replace it every few years, but another part thinks spend once and be done with it. Has anyone here used a stainless pallet truck in a wet or food related environment? Did it actually last longer or did you still face issues?
