Is it worth upgrading to a bigger battery or stick with stock?

So my Corolla's battery finally gave up after almost four years which honestly isn't bad going considering the summers we get here. Now I'm at the shop and the guy is trying to convince me to go for something with more capacity than what came with the car, saying it'll handle the heat and my dashcam better. Part of me thinks he's just upselling but another part wonders if there's actually something to it. I drive short distances mostly, school runs and grocery trips, so the battery never really gets a long charge which might be why the old one died young. I tried to Learn about the Amaron 80D26L battery in the UAE to see if it's suitable for my car but I'm still not 100 percent sure it's the right fit or if I should just get whatever the manual says. Anyone here upgraded their battery size and noticed a real difference? Or is it one of those things where you should just stick to the spec?
