Is mobile brake pad replacement in Dubai actually reliable?

So my car started making this horrible squealing sound every time I press the brakes and now it has turned into grinding which I know from experience means the pads are completely gone. I have been putting this off for way too long and now I am worried I might have damaged the rotors too. I called a couple of garages near my area and got quotes that were all over the place, some as low as 300 and some asking for over 800 which makes no sense to me. A colleague at work mentioned there is a website that specialises in brake pad replacement in Dubai and does mobile service click here where they come to your location but I have never used a mobile mechanic before so I am a bit hesitant. Has anyone tried them or any similar service where they come to you? I drive a Honda Accord and I just need front pads replaced, nothing fancy. How do I know if the rotors actually need replacing or if the guy was just trying to squeeze more money out of me? The grinding noise worries me but the car still stops okay so maybe it is not urgent. I am in Jumeirah Lakes Towers if that matters for mobile service availability. Any feedback would be really appreciated because I do not want to keep driving with bad brakes but I also do not want to get ripped off.
